Khaitan & Co acted as co-counsel to Kotak Life Sciences Fund I and Asha Ventures Fund I, in connection with their investment in Mediversal Healthcare Pvt Ltd (“Mediversal”), comprising an investment of aggregate ~USD 5.6 million by Kotak Life Sciences Fund I and by Asha Ventures Fund I. 

The Firm role includes conducting legal due diligence, and drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents, as well as advising on signing and closing actions.
